Olympia Star potato production begins early in the spring, with outdoor crops harvested from early May through July. The unique soil and climate conditions of Ilia offer a product rich in flavor and nutrients, with consistent quality throughout the season.
After harvesting, the potatoes are carefully sorted and packaged in 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, and 50 kg, depending on customer requirements. With strict controls and a reliable standardization process, we ensure that every shipment meets the high standards of the market.
